Skyline Apartment REIT sells Thunder Bay, Ontario portfolio

[Guelph, Ontario – November 1, 2023]

On November 1, 2023, Skyline Apartment REIT sold eight residential properties located in Thunder Bay, Ontario:

  • 210 & 220 Leslie Avenue (Vacant Land)
  • 335 Adelaide Street (Harbour Heights Apartments)
  • 355 Adelaide Street (River Heights Apartments)
  • 625 Beverly Street (Lakehead Apartments)
  • 625 Fulton Boulevard (Lakehead Apartments)
  • 645 Sherrington Drive (Lakehead Apartments)
  • 650 Sherrington Drive (Lakehead Apartments)
  • 777 Kingsway Avenue (Kingsway Apartments)

The properties total 493 residential units. With the sale of these properties, Skyline Apartment REIT will be leaving the Thunder Bay market.
