Our goal has always been to produce a steady yield for our investors, while providing safe, clean, and affordable housing with exceptional service to our tens of thousands of tenants. We work hard to build long-lasting relationships with all of our stakeholders. Our properties comprise a mix of established apartment complexes and new property developments in Canada’s secondary and tertiary markets.
