Skyline Apartment REIT sells Greater Sudbury, Ontario property

[Guelph, Ontario – March 27, 2025]

On March 27, 2025, Skyline Apartment REIT sold a property at 700 Cambrian Heights Drive (Mapleview Apartments) in Greater Sudbury, Ontario.

“We identified Mapleview Apartments at 700 Cambrian Heights Drive as appropriate for a strategic disposition at the beginning of 2025,” said Matthew Organ, President, Skyline Apartment REIT.

“We are proud to continue our presence in the Sudbury area with three properties on Notre Dame Street West in the community of Azilda, northwest of Greater Sudbury. These properties provide 164 apartment suites for Azilda residents. We will continue to evaluate the Skyline Apartment REIT portfolio and identify any non-core assets where strategic dispositions can surface further value for our investors.”

Post-disposition, Skyline Apartment REIT comprises 233 properties in 53 communities in seven provinces across Canada, with a total of 21,046 residential suites.
