Skyline Apartment REIT adds to Guelph, Ontario portfolio

On February 20, 2025, Skyline Apartment REIT further advanced its strategic growth in the Guelph market with the acquisition of The Kortyard, a modern residential property located at 171 Kortright Road West in Guelph, Ontario.

The property features a five-storey building with 81 modern-style suites offering residents high-end finishes and sought-after amenities, including rooftop courtyard, fitness room and social space.

With the purchase, Skyline Apartment REIT now owns 11 properties with 632 suites in the city of Guelph.

The acquisition not only enhances Skyline’s footprint in a city where it is already well-established, it also supports its broader objective of acquiring properties in growth-oriented urban markets across Canada.

Following this acquisition, Skyline Apartment REIT’s national portfolio comprises 234 properties in 54 communities across seven provinces with a total of 21,140 residential suites solidifying its role as a key player in Canada’s real estate investment landscape.
