Skyline Apartment REIT sells Cornwall, Ontario portfolio

[Guelph, Ontario – June 19, 2024]

On June 19, 2024, Skyline Apartment REIT sold three residential properties in Cornwall, Ontario:

• 625 & 645 Glengarry Boulevard (Glengarry Boulevard Apartments)
• 746, 750 & 754 Laflin Avenue (Laflin Avenue Apartments)
• 805 Marlborough Street North (Marlborough Street Apartments)

The properties total 308 residential units. With the sale of these properties, Skyline Apartment REIT will be leaving the Cornwall market.
