Skyline Apartment REIT Acquires 4-Property Portfolio; Enters City of Woodstock, ON

On Thursday, March 30, 2017, the Skyline Apartment REIT acquired a 4-property portfolio across southwestern Ontario. The portfolio’s total purchase price was $36.3M, with a total unit count of 440 for the entire portfolio.

The properties acquired include:

67 North Park Street, Brantford, ON – 68 units
6 & 16 Willow Road, Guelph, ON – 136 units
185 & 195 Berkshire Drive, London, ON – 122 units
560, 562 & 564 Durham Crescent, Woodstock, ON – 114 units

This is Skyline’s first property in the city of Woodstock.

Post-acquisition, the Skyline Apartment REIT comprises 186 properties in 49 communities across 6 provinces, with 16,754 units.
