Skyline Celebrates 10,000 Suite Milestone with Mayor of Stratford

On January 16th, Skyline owners, management and friends met with the City of Stratford’s mayor, Dan Mathieson, to celebrate its recent 10,000 apartment suite milestone. The goal was accomplished with the recent purchase of 136 Ontario Street in downtown Stratford (shown left and below).
The property, which had a purchase price of $10.185M and comprises 53 units, with an additional 11,049 square feet of commercial space in the heart of the city, has brought Skyline Apartment REIT’s total unit count to 1,108.
Skyline is incredibly proud of this accomplishment and looks forward to sharing more milestone celebrations with its investors, tenants and friends in the future!
