As a member of the Executive Committee for Skyline Group of Companies, Krish oversees strategy implementation across Skyline and ensures corporate objectives are met while upholding the company’s mission and core values.

Reporting to the Executive Board, Krish has oversight across all of Skyline’s entities’ interrelations, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and governance framework. He implements policies, procedures, and standards that mitigate risk, and drive performance, growth and profitability, while delivering exceptional value for customers, employees, and communities.

As an essential member of Skyline’s senior leadership team, Krish plays a critical role in maintaining governance standards and guiding executive meetings focused on strategic objectives, risk management, and the oversight of financial and resource allocation. He is also responsible for making cross-organizational decisions, overseeing the financial management of all entities, and acting as an official representative for Skyline at external functions and with stakeholders. He takes a hands-on approach to leadership, prioritizing collaboration, accountability, and alignment with Skyline’s goals.

Formerly Vice President, Finance for Skyline Group of Companies, Krish continues to oversee the financial reporting, planning, and treasury functions of each subsidiary entity within Skyline, including its investment products and service companies. Before joining Skyline in 2016, Krish held a senior finance position at one of Canada’s largest publicly traded multi-residential REITs.

Krish is passionate about building strong communities and has dedicated many hours to non-profit organizations. He served on the Board of Directors for non-profit housing provider Victoria Park Community Homes from 2018 to 2024 and acted as President and Chair for four years. Krish also served on the Board of Directors for Holcro Non-Profit Housing Corporation and the Caledon Community Collaborative, an initiative to build 200+ affordable homes in Hamilton, Ontario.

Since 2019, Krish has represented Skyline on the Board of Directors for the Canadian Federation of Apartment Associations (CFAA), where he has served as Board Chair since 2022. Through the CFAA, Krish has advocated for growing Canada’s housing supply to improve affordability for Canadians.

Krish holds an honours degree in Business Administration (Accounting and Finance) from Wilfrid Laurier University. He also holds the designations of Chartered Accountant and Chartered Professional Accountant, both from CPA Ontario.
